The "andragogic"; method is used in the different training modules. Corporate clients are adults who already
know what they are doing. These know-how are extracted and integrated for the participants to learn, un-learn, and re-learn.

the traditional manner; it has to be caught by experience. How one learns is as important as what one learns. Participants
retain 20% of what they hear, 45% of what they see and hear, and 85% of what they see, hear and experience. Seeing, hearing
and experiencing shall characterize the training process.
